If such cookies are recognized as Personal Data under applicable legislation, the User shall independently ensure the lawfulness of their collection, storage and further processing. The Controller processes third-party cookies in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.

1.2. Types of Cookies. In accordance with the generally accepted classification, the Controller may collect and process:
1) essential cookies that enable the operation of the Website and the Platform;
2) functional cookies necessary to save the settings of the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives;
3) analytical cookies that allow you to collect statistics in order to improve the user experience.

3. Third-Party Cookies
3.1. Request Verification. In order to verify requests during registration and authorization on the Platform, the Controller uses reCAPTCHA service, owned by Google Cloud EMEA Limited .To analyze behavioral characteristics, the Controller process cookies of the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives:

3.2. Posting and Displaying Videos. The Controller uses integrations with third-party services to display video on the Website and/or the Platform. Owners of such services may independently collect cookies on the Website and/or the Platform independently of the Controller in order to ensure the operability of the integrations.

The Controller recommends the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives to read the processing policies of these services, and in case of disagreement with their terms and conditions, disable collection of third-party cookies in the settings of the browser in the manner prescribed by the Policy.

3.3. Collection of Statistics and Analytics. The Controller uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager services to analyze traffic and behavior on the Website. Google Ireland Limited and its affiliates collect and process analytical cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy:

The Controller does not have access to the cookies processed when using the Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager services, nor is it able to control their collection by the owner of the service.
4. Cookie Management
4.1. Use of a Pop-Up Banner. On the first visit to the Website, the Controller is asked to accept or reject the use of certain cookies by setting the settings in the pop-up banner. The banner ensures the collection of consent for cookie processing in accordance with applicable legislation.

4.2. Refusal to Use Cookies. Visitors to the Website, Users, and their Representatives may opt out of the collection of cookies by:
1) selecting the appropriate settings in the pop-up banner during their first visit to the Website and/or the Platform;
2) changing cookie processing settings in their web browser;
3) using the Google Analytics opt-out.

Most browsers also provide for deleting previously collected cookies stored on the device. However, rejection of cookies and/or their deletion may negatively affect the interface of the Website, as well as make some functions of the Platform inaccessible.
