Family
I’m on paternity leave through August and spending this season with my family in China. Most days are deliberately organized around being present rather than maximizing output.
Building
In the margins, I’m testing coding agents and small automations for everyday work. My current focus is on workflows that remain understandable and useful after the novelty wears off. Recent notes include how I use Hermes Agent and my second-brain setup.
Learning
I’m paying attention to where agentic systems are dependable, where human review still matters, and how to keep personal tools simple enough to own.
