FRKN WKND is Aquma's M.F.A. Thesis Project at University of Southern California's Interactive Media and Game Design featuring collection of short personal games that build a larger narrative about a struggling game designer who lives with his mother in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles.
We worked closely to ensure usability and visual consistency across mini-games for this narrative project set in a vapor-wave themed phone.
