Refund policy

Unless noted otherwise, refunds may be issued for new items that are still in brand new, sealed within 14 days of shipment. Buyer must pay return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund granted.

Refunds on non-shipped items are subject to an 8% processing fee. There are no fees assessed for Store Credit refunds.

Returns and refunds are not accepted on special orders, including Premium Bandai items.
