By accessing or using TSG Sideline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. You must be at least 20 years of age to use this service.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information during registration. Each person may maintain only one account.
Profile Listings
All profile content must be accurate, truthful, and comply with applicable laws. Misleading information, fraudulent listings, or prohibited content will be removed. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.
User Conduct
You agree to treat all users with respect. Harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Platform Role
TSG Sideline is a directory and listing service only. We do not act as an intermediary, broker, or agent. We play no role in any transaction, arrangement, or interaction that may take place between users. All contact and arrangements are made directly between users at their own discretion and risk.
Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit to TSG Sideline. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform. Do not post content that belongs to others without permission.
Limitation of Liability
TSG Sideline is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content and are not liable for any interactions, transactions, or disputes between users.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may also delete your own account at any time through your dashboard settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes through the platform.
