Let’s work on correcting poor posture, whether you’re feeding a baby, on your phone all day or work at a desk you most likely suffer from this common postural barriers. I see it all the time, share these with your kids so you can help them prevent this posture too. Not only does it cause all sorts of neck & back pain, it also hinders your pelvic floor health.
