Whoops! I missed posting about International Self Care Day yesterday. Apparently it is the culmination of Self Care month, which spans from June 24 - July 24! While I love to hear that we are celebrating self-care, (after all, self-care is the backbone of Red Cat Apothecary!), I believe that self-care should be celebrated everyday.
