Trust the process and remember, I’ve got your back every step of the way! 💯  1. Towel Squash: 3x10 secs (hold for 2 seconds) 2. Elevated Heel Quad Contractions: 3x10 3. Ankle Pumps: 30 secs x3 4. Heel Slides: 3x10 5.Patella Mobs: 1x per day, 30 secs 6. Banded Terminal Knee Extension: 3x10 secs (hold for 2 seconds) 7. Heel Rocks: 30 secs x3  Repeat the above exercises 3 times per day for optimal results.  Pro Tips: - Eat plenty of protein 🥩 - Stay hydrated 💧 - Elevate your leg above your heart - Wear a compression sleeve during the day  Always follow your clinician’s advice. It’s something I’ll address to some degree from day 1. Check out this drill that works on loading the surgical leg while the quad controls knee extension, as well as knee flexion range of motion to clear the cone!
