*RECIPE*
1. In a pan take half bowl of ghee, add one bowl of besan, one fourth of bowl of suji and roast well.
2. Add 3-4 tbsp of kesar milk and mix together then add one bowl of sugar.
3. Mix until sugar melts and add water.
4. Mix until it become lumps free and add cardamom powder.
5. Garnish with dry fruits.
6. Your besan halwa is ready. Enjoy

Mix it on a medium-low heat. When all of the sugar is desolved, then remove it from the stove and set it at the side. 2)In a wok add desi ghee and cardamom, let it heat up on a medium-low heat and then add besan into it.
