-cream cheese (520g)
-sugar (110g)
-cornstarch (7g)
-eggs (125g)
-heavy cream 37% (100g)
-peanut butter (50g)
-milk chocolate 40% (60g)

How to bake Snickers Cheesecake:
1️⃣Mix room🌡 cheese, sugar, and cornstarch until creamy using a rubber spatula
2️⃣Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
3️⃣Thoroughly mix in the heavy cream
4️⃣For a smoother texture, pass the cheese mass through a fine sieve and divide it into two equal parts (about 410g each)
5️⃣Mix the first part of mass with the peanut butter and pour it into the prepared and cooled chocolate crust; refrigerate
