Board Game project: Students create a board game (players' pieces, cards, and other accessories) based off a piece of literature they've read. They type up a narrative of why they designed the game as they did, noting thematic connections. Also, they create and type up the instructions and rules for playing the game, again making sure that the game relates to themes from the reading. Great for novels if using with high school students. This particular one is based off of Of Mice and Men.
