Ness & Jw on Instagram: "There are alot of materials that could be used for a kitchen backsplash, but we ended up using glass due to the following reasons: ✨ 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Glass is incredibly easy to clean since there are no grout lines. Oil stains? Just wipe them away effortlessly! ✨ 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬: No worries about wall damage here! Suction hooks stick perfectly to glass, giving us flexibility without the mess. ✨ 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝: Our glass backsplash doubles as a handy message board. We jot down notes, reminders, and dates for cleaning appliances, making it super practical for everyday use. ✨ 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: The biggest factor? Cost! We considered sintered stone, but glass was much more budget-friendly while still looking amazing. Hannah Joyce | Home Design & DIY on Instagram: "One of the best decision I made for our kitchen remodel was using 24x48” tile as the backsplash, giving it the high end slab look for under $500! Recommendations for Install: - Install tiles as close together as possible, and choose a grout color same as the tile color to make the seams virtually invisible - Use a 3” diamond tile blade to cut the outlet holes - Line up the tiles in advance of install to match the veins between pieces. You can always buy extra pieces and return them In this kitchen I used Rialto Grand 24x48 tile from @flooranddecor. I used 7 tiles total and it cost under $500! Comment “tile” for a link to my top picks for large format tile! . . . #fixerupper #fixerupperinspired #fixerupperstyle #homerenovation #renovation Large Format Tile Countertops Kitchen, Large Porcelain Tile Kitchen Backsplash, Large Format Backsplash, Long Rectangle Tile Backsplash, Large Scale Tile Backsplash, Big Tile Backsplash Kitchen, Laminate Backsplash Kitchen, Change Backsplash Tile, Large Format Tile Backsplash Kitchen
