Creamy Sausage Rigatoni with Spinach, Garlic and Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

- 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the Italian sausage until browned, breaking it up into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon.
