Ingredients:
* 1 lb strawberries, diced
* Zest + juice of 1 lemon
* ½ cup sugar
* 2 ½ cups of White Lily Self-Rising Flour ⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⁠⁠⁠
* 1 stick frozen butter, grated
* 1 cup buttermilk⁠
* 1 cup whipped cream
* Powdered sugar, optional

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Combine strawberries, lemon zest, juice, and sugar in a medium bowl and refrigerate until needed.

In a mixing bowl add Sugar mix and stir until well combined. Drip biscuits in sugar mix(making sure not to coat the bottom of the biscuit because it will burn).
