just enough kick that if you can’t handle spice, you will still enjoy 😛 it’s creamy, decadent, and such a yummy chewy texture - you have to give it a try! 

Ingredients ⬇️:

3 cups or 400g of rice cakes of your choice
1 cup water
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter or oil
Assortment of onion, Napa cabbage, fish cake, and sausages 
Optional: Soft boiled egg, Mozzarella cheese & Green onion 

Tteokbokki Sauce ⬇️:

1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
1 tbsp sugar

Soak your rice cakes in cold water for at least 10 minutes. 
Mix together your tteokbokki sauce and set aside. 
In a pan, melt some butter, sauté onions and Napa cabbage for about 1 minute. 
Add in tteobokki sauce a Tteokbokki Sauce, Onion Marinade, Sauté Onions, Korean Chili Flakes, Korean Chili, Korean Chili Paste, Korean Rice Cake, Beef Roll, Korean Recipes
