Tröegs Independent Brewing was founded in 1996 by brothers Chris and John Trogner. From the beginning, our brewery has been built by family, friends and kindred spirits who share a love of great beer.
It takes scores of talented people to run our Brewery, Tasting Room, Snack Bar and General Store. We offer competitive pay, on-the-job training and regular performance reviews. And many co-workers are eligible for medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off and co-worker discounts.
A lot of people have built careers here at Tröegs by growing within departments or exploring new branches of the brewery – sales, marketing, finance, production, maintenance and more. And together, we work to make our community a better place to live, work and play. We offer volunteer opportunities at work and outside of work. It’s a great way to give back to the extended local family that’s made us “Pennsylvania’s craft brewery.”
