  • LHV versus Äripäev: TRINITI successfully argued that the media in realizing its “watchdog” role in society has the privilege to publish material that is the object of public interest based on circumstantial evidence.
  • Estonian Authors Union versus Viasat, where TRINITI successfully represented Viasat AS in a case of pan-European significance about whether satellite service providers need to obtain the authors’ consent or pay remuneration for their activities.
  • TRINITI represented a client in an internet jurisdiction dispute concerning publishing of defamatory comments before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
