Growing up on a sprawling 1500-acre Elm Grove Farm in Buckingham, Pennsylvania, Chef Gus Zimmerman’s love for farm-to-table cooking was cultivated from a young age. His family’s garden and pasture served as the only grocery store, shaping his approach to cooking and fostering a deep appreciation for fresh ingredients.

Thank you for choosing Trio North Wildwood for your dining experience. We’re excited to have you! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, please take note of the following reservation guidelines.
Please arrive promptly at your designated reservation time. We kindly ask that you do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to your reservation time, as we may not be able to seat you until your table is available. To keep the flow of service running smoothly, we will only seat complete parties, so please make sure all members of your group have arrived before checking in.
Please let us know if you’re running late or your plans change. However, please be aware that reservations are only held for 10 minutes past your designated time. If any members of your party arrive later than this, we will have to place you at the top of the waitlist for the next available table, including all members of your party. This policy is in place to ensure that reservations made later in the evening are not affected.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $25 per person. If you fail to show up for your reservation, there will be a no-show fee of $25 per person.
While outdoor dining is available, it is weather-dependent, and we cannot guarantee indoor seating in inclement weather. We kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home, as dogs are prohibited on the premises.
For parties of 7 or more, please call the restaurant directly to make your reservation. A 22% gratuity will be added to parties of 7 or more.
