Your content
You own your images and designs. You grant TryInk the rights needed to process them in order to generate your previews.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal, hateful, or infringing content. Respect other people's rights.
No medical or aftercare advice
TryInk provides visual previews only. It does not provide medical or aftercare advice.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
Results vary
Generated previews are non-deterministic. Results vary from run to run and may not match what you had in mind. You may need to generate more than once to get the outcome you want.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for results you did not like, because generation quality cannot be guaranteed. We do refund billing errors such as duplicate charges. If you think you were billed in error, contact us.
