Is MoliTutu really free?

Yes, MoliTutu is completely free and open source under the MIT license. You only pay for your Cloudflare R2 storage usage, which has a very generous free tier (10 GB storage, 1 million reads per month). No subscriptions, no hidden fees, no feature gates.

How does MoliTutu handle my privacy?

All image processing is done locally on your machine — no data ever touches our servers. Images upload directly from your computer to your Cloudflare R2 bucket. MoliTutu has no cloud infrastructure that processes or stores your data. We literally cannot see your images.

What operating systems are supported?

MoliTutu currently supports macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon) and Windows 10/11. It is built with Tauri, which provides native performance and a small footprint. Linux support is on the roadmap.

Can I use MoliTutu from the command line?

Yes! MoliTutu includes a built-in local API proxy server. You can send HTTP requests from any tool or script. Use curl, wget, Postman, or write a custom integration. The endpoint accepts multipart form data and returns JSON with the upload URL and metadata.

Does MoliTutu support multiple R2 buckets?

Absolutely. You can configure multiple bucket profiles and switch between them. Each profile stores the bucket name, endpoint URL, access key ID, and secret access key. This is perfect if you manage separate buckets for development, staging, and production, or for different clients and projects.
