Gewer
Gewer is an all-capitals sans serif typeface designed by Ramiro Espinoza and inspired by the lettering used in promotional materials for the Deutsche Gewerbeschau München, a Bavarian trade exhibition held during the early decades of the twentieth century. It combines geometric construction with subtle humanist modulation and restrained Deco influences, resulting in letterforms that are both rational and refined. With restrained character and generous horizontal proportions, it is suited for branding, editorial design, posters, signage, packaging, websites, and exhibition graphics.
