If a user requests the creation or upload of an avatar resembling a real, identifiable person, that content is subject to a moderation process before publication or generation. We do not knowingly permit the creation of avatars, voice clones, or likenesses of real individuals without appropriate rights or consent, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy or applicable law.

Users may upload or generate avatars, digital twins, or voice clones based on real individuals only with that individual’s explicit permission (including your own likeness, where the platform’s AI Twin feature is used). All such content is subject to moderation. Any individual whose likeness has been used without authorization may request removal, and we will take prompt action upon a verified request.
