  • FAQ Friday 💡 What adjustments support dyslexia? People with dyslexia may experience different challenges at work, which means there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to reasonable adjustments. Reasonable adjustments might include assistive technology, information in a preferred format, extra time, organisational tools, or changes to the working environment. The most important thing is understanding what works best for the individual.

  • School’s out, but work doesn’t stop. ☀️ For many employees, the summer holidays can mean juggling childcare, family commitments, and changing routines, all while keeping up with work. A little flexibility can make a big difference. - Have open conversations about workload and availability - Consider flexible or hybrid working where possible - Encourage teams to plan annual leave ahead - Recognise that everyone’s circumstances are different Creating a supportive workplace doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, small adjustments can make a big difference to employees and their families.
