Here’s a glimpse of what got us here and what this means: 1️⃣ Challenges & Persistence: Raising in this climate is no walk in the park. I’m very proud and grateful for the opportunity to partner with World Wise Foods, a leader in ethical sourcing and sustainability. By leveraging Bendi's Prism platform, we helped enhance visibility into their complex supply chain, particularly in Asia. 1️⃣ screening over 36,000 data points 2️⃣ across 34 countries 3️⃣ revealing new suppliers in deeper tiers, and 4️⃣ identifying high risk suppliers Together, we identified new suppliers and provided critical ESG risk assessments, supporting compliance with global regulations and reinforcing responsible sourcing practices. It continues to be an immensely  rewarding journey working alongside a company so dedicated to sustainability and governance, and we’re thankful for the trust they placed in us. 🌍 The EU's incoming Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) is set to reshape supply chains from December 2025 What does the delay mean? ⏳more time to prepare a comprehensive due diligence system. The EU's upcoming Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) is set to reshape business operations, affecting the entire global value chain. Due to concerns about readiness, the European Commission has proposed a 12-month extension, moving the applicability date to December 30, 2025, for large companies and June 30, 2026, for SMEs. While the regulation may be delayed, your preparation shouldn't be. Start your due diligence assessments now to avoid future disruptions. The first question you should ask yourself is: am I an EUDR operator or trader? Know your position, map your supply chain, engage with suppliers, and take action to stay compliant. The list now includes 73 entities, underscoring the U.S.'s escalating efforts to combat forced labour, particularly in China's Xinjiang region. 🔍 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 1. Kashgar Construction Engineering Co. 喀什建工责任有限公司 2. Xinjiang Habahe Ashele Copper Co. 新疆哈巴河阿舍勒铜业股份有限公司 3. Century Sunshine Group Holdings 世纪阳光集团控股有限公司 4. Rare Earth Magnesium Technology Group Holdings, Ltd. 稀土镁科技集团控股有限公司 5. Xinjiang Tengxiang Magnesium Products Co., Ltd. 新疆腾翔镁制品有限公司 Implication: Goods linked to these entities face a rebuttable presumption of being produced with forced labour, blocking them from U.S. entry unless proven otherwise. 💼 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: 🔻 The growing list signals increased enforcement and scrutiny, particularly for companies with supply chain ties to Xinjiang. 🔻 Non-compliance poses significant legal and reputational risks. 📊 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: Since enforcement began in June 2022, 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟵,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 $𝟯.𝟰 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 have been scrutinised under UFLPA. 🔧 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗼: 1.
