our primary source of survival & the safety to develop a connection to ourself in childhood is based on the availability of love & connection the we receive from our mother

and i’m not just talking about your actual “Mother”

i’m talking about the Motherly energy of safety, nurturing & emotional connection as a whole.

So when a man didn’t have his core needs of emotional security & connection met in childhood he starts to develop emotional wounding
