The barbell weight is your bodyweight weight. So if you weigh 90kg the bar should weigh the same.

Start with deadlifts then push ups on the bar and continue in that format. 
Maintain good form and technique and take breaks when required to avoid burn out.
The lesser of 2 evils are the push ups. Hence why you start high with those.  By all means if you wanna switch it around be my guest. 
My tip would be to break down the high reps in to 4 sets. Example; 2 DL then 20 push ups (5/5/5/5) after every 5 pause for a few seconds then go again. Going slow was manageable, but attempting to stretch the delts for a back squat/rack position was NOT happening yet.  Modifying front squats with neutral/cross arms took away all pain and pressure.
