Ingredients

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 ounces pancetta or guanciale, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water. Add peas during the last 2 minutes of cooking; drain and reserve some pasta water. 
- In a large pan, cook pancetta over medium heat until crispy. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
