THE REAL DEAL HERE MY FRIENDS (there are others posted on this website, but none of them are this exact recipe). This is so yummy and is a St. Louis tradition. This recipe serves 2, so feel free to double or triple it to feed your family. Serve as a main dish (as they do) with a Pasta House Salad on the side! It also makes a nice side dish to grilled chicken.

The Pasta House Co. bolognese sauce. Its on my stove right now and smells great! My notes: I used Ground Round instead of Ground Chuck, and did not have any celery. 2 oz of red onion is a small half. 3.5 oz of sugar is about a half cup and 1.75 oz of salt is about a 1/4 cup. I didn't use all the water they call for - I only used about 3 cups of water total, added as I was finishing browning the beef.
