Ingredients:
🍣Lightly salted salmon/trout
🍣Tuna
🍣Avocado
🍣Cucumber
🍣Cream cheese
🍣Nori chips
🍚Boiled rice (200 g. raw)
🍚Rice vinegar: 40 ml.
🍚Salt: 1/2 tsp.
🍚Sugar: 1 tsp.
Preparation:
🍣Mix the boiled rice with rice vinegar, salt and sugar, let it cool, stirring occasionally.
🍣In a donut mold, place the salmon, avocado, tuna and cucumber, then place the cheese and nori chips, and top with the rice. Then flip the mold, dip in soy sauce and enjoy ☺️ Bon appétit!!
