Here is the Recipe: - 2 pounds hamburger meat -1 Large Onion (Diced) -2 envelopes of ranch dressing mix -2 envelopes of taco seasoning mix -2 cans (11oz) of white shoepeg corn, drained -2 cups of water -1 can black bean -1 can pinto beans -1 can red beans or chili hot beans -1 can diced tomatoes -1 can Rotel (or a can of diced tomatoes with chilies) Optional: -Sour Cream -Chedder Cheese -Green onions -Cornbread…

This was very good & so easy to make. You really can put a lot of what you have on hand in it & it still tastes great! Feel free to add sliced fresh mushrooms
