Iced Lavender London Fog
10min · 4 servings Iced Lavender London Fog • 1 1/2 cup sugar • 1/4 cup dried lavender • 6 Earl Grey Tea Bags • 1 drop purple food color • 2 cups oat milk For the syrup • Boil 1 cup water, sugar, lavender in a pot for 6 minutes. Turn down heat. Let strep for 5 more minutes. Strain out leaves, pour into a jar and allow syrup to cool. • Add desired amount of purple food color - start with 1 drop For the tea • In the same pot bring 3 cups of water and 6 Earl Grey tea bags to a boil, once boiled turn down heart and allow to steep for 8 minutes. Strain and pour into a separate jar To assemble • Add Ice to a fresh glass, pour 1 cup of tea, 3 TBS of lavender syrup, and top with 1 cup of oat milk. • Make up to 4 drinks • Store any extra syrup in a sealed container in the frid
