Condo hotels – a long-term investment or just a holiday trend?
Unfair contract terms, misleading information about returns, costs and risks – these are the allegations brought by the President of UOKiK against undertakings offering investments in condo hotels. Two companies may also face financial penalties for failing to cooperate during the proceedings.
