One hands-on afternoon. Learn to direct AI agents with engineering discipline — and ship code that holds up in production.
Engineers from teams at
The workshop that takes you from vibe coding to agentic engineering. Real code, real problems, instructors at your side — techniques you apply the very next day.
The v2 course for engineers who own the fundamentals. Go from directing one agent to orchestrating many — and scale the discipline across your team.
Currently in development. Waitlist members get early access and launch pricing.
Prompting your way to a prototype is easy. Production is where it breaks down:
AI writes PRs faster than anyone can review them.
Same prompt, different architecture — every run.
Long sessions degrade from signal into noise.
You ship code you don't fully understand — and own it.
Our workshops teach the discipline that fixes this: you set the direction, agents execute, you own the result.
All four ship production code with AI daily.

"There's so much noise around agentic AI, and a lot of pressure to use it well. The hard part is telling the noise from the actual value. What convinced me was having engineers who've gone deep in the tech and teach tool-agnostic fundamentals you can carry into day-to-day work. My team came back building in an AI-friendly way, and we used it to migrate hundreds of repos at scale."

No — we provide projects to choose from. Just bring your laptop with your dev environment set up. Setup instructions arrive by email before the event.
Comfort reading and writing code is the baseline. We cover tool fundamentals in the intro — you don't need to be an expert.
We recommend Claude Code or OpenAI Codex, and we provide API keys at no extra cost. Cursor users are welcome but won't receive dedicated support.
Full refund up to 7 days before the event. After that, your spot can be transferred to someone else.
Many companies cover it from training budgets. Reach out at dominik.grusemann@gmail.com and we'll help figure it out.
Water during the workshop; beers, soft drinks, and snacks from 4 PM. You won't go hungry.
New dates, early-bird pricing, and the Advanced AI Coding launch.
