A workshop series for developers who use AI coding tools and want to get better at it — without the hangover.
Vibe coding — prompting an agent and accepting whatever it generates — is fast and works well for prototypes. It produces code you don't fully understand, can't easily maintain, and can't ship with confidence. That's the Vibe Coding Hangover.
Agentic engineering is the discipline of orchestrating AI agents as force multipliers while keeping engineering judgment intact. The agent writes the code. You own the architecture, the quality bar, and the outcome. unvibe teaches how to brief agents properly, build feedback loops, review with specialist agents, and maintain a working mental model of your own codebase.
The materials we use in the workshops are open and live in this organisation. They are useful on their own, and they are the closest thing to a public reference for how we work.
