Task Board
Track work without leaving your workspace
Each workspace includes a built-in kanban board so you can track tasks right next to your logs and code. No need to switch to a separate project management tool.
Opening the Task Board
Press ⌘B to toggle the dashboard, then select the To-Do tab. The board shows tasks for the current workspace, filtered to the selected layout's projects.
Columns
Every board starts with four columns:
- Backlog — ideas and future work
- To-Do — ready to pick up
- In Progress — actively being worked on
- Done — completed tasks
Drag cards between columns to update their status. Columns are color-coded for quick scanning.
Cards
Each card has a title, description, project association, labels, and an optional due date. Click a card to open its detail view where you can edit all fields. Cards are linked to a specific project in your workspace, so you always know which service a task relates to.
Quick Add
Press ⌘P to open the Quick Add overlay. Type a title, pick a project and labels, and submit — all without touching the mouse. The card is created in the first column of your board.
Labels
Labels help you categorize and filter cards. The default set includes Bug, Feature, Improvement, and Urgent, each with a distinct color. You can create custom labels and assign multiple labels to a single card.
Layout Filtering
When you select a layout in the sidebar, the task board filters to show only cards associated with that layout's projects. This keeps the board focused on the context you're working in.
Archiving
Move completed cards to the archive to keep your board clean. Archived cards are preserved and can be reviewed later.
