Prep the board meeting.
Press a key. Talk. Juno types it.
It handles the pauses, restarts, and half-finished thoughts, then writes the line in the app you were already using. Nothing you say leaves your Mac.

Hey Juno
Work at the speed of your thought.
Say it once: note, reminder, or alarm. Hey Siri → Hey Juno
Fix things on the go.
— Jamie
Type the sentence you meant, not the one you said.
Juno keeps the thought and drops the filler, false starts, and take-backs.
Numbers, dates, prices, and links land in the form you would type.
https://usejuno.coJuno keeps you moving.
Ask for the edit in plain English. Juno rewrites the selected or recent text in place.

Hey, this is done. Check it whenever.
Marc — finished the install fix on my end. Could you take a look and let me know if it's safe to ship Friday?

What is Juno?
Juno is the local voice layer for Mac. Press a shortcut, speak naturally, watch live words in the HUD, and Juno turns the thought into clean text in the app you were already using.
How is Juno different from other dictation and AI writing tools?
Juno ships the full Mac voice loop in one app: live HUD transcription, polished final dictation, Voice Actions, Voice Commands, per-app writing styles, and local vocabulary. It has no subscription or paid tier, no account, and no cloud dependency after setup. For the side-by-side view, see the voice tools comparison.
Does Juno work offline? Does my audio leave my Mac?
Yes. After the one-time local model download, everyday dictation and writing run on your Mac. Audio, transcripts, corrections, and local memory are not sent to a server or used for training.
Is Juno always listening? What is "Hey Juno" for?
No. You start Juno with the shortcut. "Hey Juno" is a phrase you say after starting a session when you want an Action, like making a note, reminder, or alarm, instead of inserting those words as text.
Does Juno work in every Mac app?
Yes, Juno is designed for normal Mac text fields across apps like Mail, Notes, Messages, Slack, browsers, docs, and AI prompts. If a secure field, remote desktop, or app blocks safe insertion, Juno shows Blocked or Copy Ready so you stay in control.
What can Juno do besides dictation?
Juno can rewrite selected or recent text, make it shorter, warmer, or more formal, turn it into bullets, translate it, learn vocabulary and snippets, and create Apple Notes, Reminders, and alarms. For the full list, open Juno and check Voice Commands in the app.
Where does Juno work best?
Juno is built for M2 or newer Apple Silicon Macs on macOS 15 Sequoia or newer with at least 24 GB RAM.
Is Juno a meeting recorder or meeting bot?
No. Juno is for active Mac writing and local actions. You can dictate meeting notes into Notes, Obsidian, or a document, but Juno is not a call bot, meeting recorder, or searchable meeting-memory product.
