Terms of Service

Terms of Service.

Interim terms aligned with how uSwap coordinates third-party routes, quotes, execution, and recovery. Final legal language remains subject to qualified-counsel review.

Last updated August 5, 2026

Important notice

Interim technical correction.

These terms have been updated to remove inaccurate absolute statements about fees, identity checks, screening, funds control, and recovery. They are not a legal-compliance certification. The contracting entity, governing law, dispute process, and jurisdiction-specific rules require review by qualified counsel.

Section 1

Service and providers.

uSwap develops software that requests quotes and coordinates execution across third-party crypto liquidity, blockchain, payment, and digital-product providers. Users choose what they have and what they want; the software evaluates eligible direct or multistep routes, tracks execution, and supports common re-quote, top-up, refund, and recovery cases.

uSwap does not issue the crypto assets, fiat payment methods, gift cards, prepaid products, or digital products reachable through those routes. Provider terms, product restrictions, and network rules also apply. A route displayed in the software is not a representation that it is lawful or available for every user or jurisdiction.

Section 2

Eligibility and provider controls.

The standard uSwap crypto interface does not require users to create an account or submit identity documents directly to uSwap. Providers and counterparties may apply identity checks, transaction limits, sanctions controls, or geographic restrictions depending on the selected route.

Routes using NEAR Intents are subject to its automated address and transaction screening. Other providers may apply their own eligibility, sanctions, identity, and risk controls. Availability varies by route and jurisdiction.

You must not use uSwap to evade provider, sanctions, identity, geographic, platform, or product restrictions. You are responsible for confirming that you are eligible to use the selected route and destination product. A provider may reject, delay, request information for, or otherwise restrict an order under its own controls.

Section 3

Quotes, costs, and timing.

For eligible standard crypto-to-crypto routes, uSwap’s platform fee is currently 0%. The amount received can still reflect provider pricing or spread, blockchain network costs, market movement, and any selected confidential, fast, fiat, or affiliate fee. The quote displays the modeled breakdown before funds are sent. Floating or expired quotes may be recalculated.

Quote screens identify whether an estimate is fixed or floating when that information is supplied by the route. Fixed quotes remain subject to their stated amount, timing, network, and provider conditions. Floating quotes and deposits that arrive after expiration may be recalculated. Rounding, transfer taxes, provider minimums, chain fees, and market movement can affect execution or final output.

Completion times are estimates, not guarantees. Chain confirmations, provider availability, compliance checks, liquidity, and destination-product delivery can cause delays.

Section 4

Funds control and execution.

uSwap does not provide users with a wallet account or an ongoing stored balance. Depending on the selected route, funds may be sent directly to a provider or may temporarily enter an address or balance controlled by a provider, uSwap automation, or an operator for execution, settlement, or recovery.

The applicable address and party controlling value can change across route legs. uSwap may coordinate a provider deposit, an automated forward, an operator-funded settlement, a refund, or a recovery step. uSwap does not provide a user wallet account or promise that value can never be delayed, frozen by a provider, or technically controlled during execution.

Section 5

Errors, recovery, and refunds.

uSwap automates common underpayment, overpayment, late-deposit, re-quote, and refund cases. Some wrong-asset, wrong-network, provider-ambiguous, already-broadcast, or unsupported-token cases may require provider or operator review and may not be recoverable. Timing and deductions depend on the route, provider, and network.

Only send the displayed asset on the displayed network to the displayed address. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Refund availability, destination, deductions, and timing depend on the route and on whether the funds remain controllable. A refund is not guaranteed merely because a bridge or status page remains accessible.

Section 6

Third-party products.

Digital goods, gift cards, prepaid products, Telegram or Discord products, VPN access, and fiat-related destinations are fulfilled under upstream supplier or counterparty rules. uSwap may transmit destination or delivery data necessary to obtain the selected product. The supplier controls issuance, redemption, expiration, geographic restrictions, and product-specific support.

Historical or informational pages do not guarantee current catalog availability. Availability is confirmed at quote time.

Section 7

Acceptable use.

You must not use uSwap to:

  • process value derived from or intended for unlawful activity;
  • evade sanctions, identity, platform, geographic, or provider controls;
  • misrepresent the source, destination, beneficiary, or purpose of a transaction;
  • interfere with, probe, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or
  • use a third-party product contrary to its issuer's or platform's terms.

uSwap or an upstream provider may refuse, delay, cancel, or attempt to refund a route where execution is unavailable or continued processing would conflict with applicable controls. The outcome depends on the route and the location and state of the funds.

Section 8

Service limitations.

uSwap is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that quotes, availability, settlement times, recovery, third-party delivery, or software operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The legal allocation of liability, dispute procedures, governing law, and entity-specific notices is under counsel review and should not be inferred from product copy.

Section 9

Contact.
