This Cookie Policy explains how CloudOps S.L., the company behind Uxxu (uxxu.io), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website or use our platform. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control how they are used.
Essential storage is used where it is necessary to operate or secure the service. Optional analytics is disabled unless you make an affirmative choice to accept it. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners about how visitors interact with their pages.
Cookies may contain a site name, an identifier, and an expiry date. They are not programs and cannot carry viruses or install malware. Some are deleted when you close your browser, while others remain for a set period or until you delete them.
In addition to traditional cookies, we may also use similar tracking technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage. These technologies work in a similar way to cookies and are covered by this policy.
The UxxU application uses browser storage for authentication, security, selected workspace context, and interface preferences. The website stores your cookie preference underuxxu_cookie_preferences_v1so that we can respect your choice on later visits. It also uses disable-rybbitto enforce an analytics opt-out.
This storage is necessary to provide the service or remember the privacy choice you requested. It is not used for advertising.
If you accept analytics, we load Rybbit to measure page views, referrers, session duration, events, approximate location, and browser and device information. Rybbit does not need an analytics cookie, but it creates a pseudonymous visitor identifier from the IP address and user agent. The IP address is therefore processed when the identifier and approximate location are produced.
Pseudonymous analytics can still be personal data. The UxxU website integration does not send your account ID, name, or email address to Rybbit. The legal basis for this optional processing is your consent. Rybbit is not loaded before you accept, and withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection in this browser.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on forms that need protection from spam and automated abuse. Google may process device, interaction, and cookie information when a protected form is used. We use reCAPTCHA for service security, not advertising.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not share your browsing activity with advertising networks for the purpose of serving targeted advertisements.
Your cookie preference remains in local storage until you change it, clear browser data, or we replace it with a new preference version. Application authentication and workspace storage remain until you sign out, clear browser data, or the application removes them when the session expires.
Rybbit analytics records for this site may be retained in our hosted analytics account for up to 36 months. Withdrawing consent prevents future collection but does not automatically remove records already collected. You may request access to or deletion of related personal data by contacting us.
Use Cookie settings in the website footer to accept or reject optional analytics at any time. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website or application. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
You can also inspect, block, and delete cookies and local storage through your browser's privacy settings:
Clearing essential application storage signs you out and may reset saved interface preferences. Blocking optional analytics has no effect on core UxxU features.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in relation to the personal data collected through cookies. These include the right to access related personal data, withdraw consent for optional analytics at any time, object where a legitimate interest applies, and request deletion in applicable circumstances. We may need information from you to locate pseudonymous analytics records.
For more information about how we handle personal data, including data collected through cookies, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use, changes in applicable law, or updates to our services. When we make significant changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform or by email.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies and how you can manage them.
If you have any questions or concerns about this Cookie Policy or how we use cookies, please contact us at support@uxxu.io or visit our contact page. CloudOps S.L. is responsible for the Uxxu platform and this Cookie Policy.
