我们公司买的昇腾 910B ，先开始的 docker 都拉不下来一看是内网的。。
后面就给个了镜像导出的才部署好。不过好在用着没什么问题 qwen\deepseek 都本地部署过。

能 2n 的，因为裁员 99%都是违法的，什么能力问题不适合岗位、绩效、劳动合同不续，公司业绩不好基本上都是违法

Skills 其实就是提示词，写的一套流程和参考脚本。Skills 可以渐进式加载。

还不理解可以看现在主流 ai 框架是怎么设计的或者源码，像 spring 图就画的很详细和贴了文档。
