想访问 MSDN ，交钱。想查询 Apple SDK 文档，交钱。甚至 AI 厂商和企业联手，限制 SDK 文档的访问，得花数不清的 Token 去请求。

感觉不是很真，WireGuard, OpenVPN 之类的明确词汇都出来了，现在企业常用的是 SSL VPN ，华为华三思科那种硬件的，而且要推广国密，必然减少用 AES 和 Chacha20 算法的。
