Pre-Orders & Date Restrictions

Certain products may require pre-ordering in advance. Please call our store for same-day orders to ensure availability.

Refund & Cancellations

To cancel your order and receive a full refund (except for designer cakes/macarons), please contact us by 11:30 am on the day of pick up. Designer cakes & macarons require at least 72 hours advance notice for cancellations and refunds.

Delivery orders require $5 cancellation fee, and date / address changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance (additional charge may apply). Another delivery fee is required for changes made in under 24 hours, while cancellations after 4 pm the day prior to delivery will not be refunded.

Delivery Instructions

Please verify all information before proceeding. Packages will not be redelivered for incorrect addresses, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time (only within our listed delivery windows).

Orders will be left at the door if accessible. Drivers will ring the doorbell/knock before leaving the package. They will send an SMS to recipients if orders are left at the door, and recipients must ensure concierge accepts packages. Recipient phone number and delivery details (buzz code, unit number, etc.) are required for successful delivery, and long-distance numbers (outside of Canada) will not be contacted.

Expect delays during special occasions, holidays, and unforeseen external factors. In rare cases, cancellations may be required due to poor weather/road conditions, and we do not offer refunds for late deliveries.
