What you will do: 

• Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate and deliver custom reports on an as-needed basis for different departments or business units, based on their specific data requirements.
• Data Extraction: Use database queries, reporting tools, and software systems to pull relevant data from various sources for report generation.
• Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data pulled for reports by conducting quality checks before sharing the results.

• Legacy Microsoft Access System: Utilize the current Microsoft Access system for managing and querying legacy data while transitioning to the new SQL-based system.

• Associate’s degree in information technology, data management, business, or a related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in data reporting, data entry, or a similar technical role is preferred. 
• Strong proficiency with reporting and data extraction tools (Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, etc.).
• Ability to manipulate large datasets and produce customized reports.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data querying.
• Experience with Microsoft Access, with a willingness to transition to SQL-based systems.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
