Public Visibility and Shared Content
Some outputs may be shareable or publicly visible depending on your settings, plan, or product behavior. If you enable public sharing, or if a feature is configured for public visibility by default, prompts, media, and outputs associated with that generation may become visible to other users.
Data Retention
We retain account, billing, and generation records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain purchase records, operate account history, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Temporary uploads may be removed after 72 hours. Failed generation assets may be removed after 24 hours. Free account generated outputs may be retained for up to 30 days. Paid account generated outputs may be retained while the account remains active and in good standing. If a user deletes a generation, related stored assets may be removed within 24 hours.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted or stored online.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
