Using Voor

What you can expect as a customer

The price before you run

Every model shows its exact credit cost for your settings before you press Generate. Nothing is charged for browsing or drafting.

Failed runs are refunded

If a generation fails after credits are charged, those credits are restored to your balance automatically and recorded on the task.

Private, watermark-free results

Welcome-credit results are public and watermarked. Any purchase makes new creations watermark-free and lets you keep them private.

Secure checkout, easy cancel

Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Voor never stores full card details, and plan renewals can be cancelled from your account.

See pricing, the refund policy and our terms for the full details.

Who is responsible

Voor AI Editorial Team

The Voor AI Editorial Team is the collective byline for product guides, workflow explanations, examples, and release coverage published on this site. The team works alongside the people building the product, so guidance can be checked against the live experience.

We identify where a workflow depends on a third-party model, avoid presenting generated output as verified fact, and call out material limits such as availability, consistency, rights, or the need for human review.

How we publish

Product and editorial standards

Use the product

We build guidance around workflows that can be opened and tried on Voor AI, with real inputs, outputs, settings, and constraints where they matter.

Review before publishing

We check model names, product availability, links, examples, and limitations. Generated media and factual claims still receive human review.

Correct the record

AI models and product behavior change quickly. We date material updates and correct inaccurate or outdated guidance when we find it.

Contact and corrections

Tell us what needs attention

Questions, product feedback, factual corrections, and rights concerns can all be sent through our contact page. Include the page URL and the specific claim or behavior so the team can reproduce and review it.
