The root task for copying SSH keys and files from the home directory to use between updates
It is useful when you want VyOS to connect to other servers like "backup server" for commit-archive location scp and others.
This way, ssh keys are stored in the /home/xxx directory.
We need to think about how to do it in a better way.

In retrospect, I don't think this root task structure was correct, since it was a parent of tasks of very different nature, and arguably https://vyos.dev/T741 could be the parent.
I made the remaining subtasks independent so I think we can get rid of the meta-task now.
