Walk Band

Walk Band is an app that allows you to transform your Android device into a powerful toolbox for making music. Thanks to this app, you will be able to use tons of different virtual instruments, from the piano to the timpani and the guitar. Of course, you will be able to save all your creations and upload them directly to the cloud.

Create an account and share your creations

You don't need to register in order to use Walk Band. That said, it's highly recommended. You can create an account completely free of charge in less than 20 seconds by using a social login with Google or Facebook. By doing so, you can easily share your creations through the app and, even better, you can receive direct feedback from other users. Of course, you will also be able to listen to other users' compositions and leave your own comments.

Tons of instruments at your disposal

From the main tab of Walk Band, you can easily access a lot of different instruments: keyboard, drums, guitar, bass, and a drum machine. Additionally, you can install additional plugins to turn your Android device into even more instruments, including a violin, trumpet, clarinet, banjo, xylophone, accordion, or harmonica, among many others. To be able to use many of these instruments, however, you will need to unlock them by purchasing the VIP version of the app. This VIP version consists of a one-time payment that also removes all the ads.

My thoughts on Walk Band

Walk Band is an incredibly comprehensive music app that has accumulated several hundred million downloads on different platforms based on its own merits. Each and every one of the instruments feels good, sounds good, and works perfectly. The ability to connect your own MIDI keyboard with a cable is also a real treat.

The best and the worst of Walk Band

• What I like most about Walk Band is that, unlike many other similar apps, its VIP version can be unlocked with a single payment. No subscriptions, as it should be.

• What I like least about Walk Band is that the social section of the app (where you can share your creations) is a bit underutilized.

An excellent app for creating music on Android

Download Walk Band's APK if you're looking for an app with which you can create music directly on your Android device. Thanks to this app, you can turn your device into a keyboard, a guitar, a drum machine, or whatever else you want, all in a matter of seconds.
