Södra City is on its way to becoming a sustainable and attractive central city district - a new green urban area - that is visionary and vibrant. This extensive project is being developed by Vasakronan and encompasses 70 000 sqm in several property development projects that include offices, housing, a hotel and a preschool. Lumi is the third property development project in Södra City and is Latin for "light of life". A principle that has been guiding the development of the building with seven floors of bright, open office space.
