Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wayupgifts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return must be on its way back to us within two weeks (14 days) after the return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee applies to all LED sign and light sign orders. Additional adjustments will be made for missing and/or damaged parts. Our address for most returns is:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must contact us within 14 days from the date the shipment was delivered for it to be covered under our damage and issues policy. We will send a replacement part if applicable or a brand new item as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Incorrect product specifications and/or pictures
Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed picture, usually due to product improvements over time or due to the product being handcrafted or personalized. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Allow 1-2 weeks after receiving your return for us to process your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
