THE WORKERS COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

The Workers Compensation Act is amended by this Act.

Subsection 4(5.2) is amended by striking out "or" at the end of clause (g) and adding the following after clause (h):

(i) a primary site esophageal cancer; or

(j) a primary site testicular cancer;

Coming into force

This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
