Web3 is a new paradigm

Key Responsibilities:

•  Managing business operations, including monitoring project progress, meeting deadlines, resource allocation, and budget management. 
  
  
•  Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and development, to ensure alignment and timely execution of business initiatives. 
  
  
•  Identifying and cultivating partnerships with other Web3 projects, startups, venture capitalists, and blockchain ecosystems to foster collaboration and unlock new opportunities. 
  
  
•  Driving product adoption and user engagement through effective marketing strategies, community building, and outreach efforts in the Web3 space. 

Requirements:

•  2+ years of experience in business development, product management, or a strategic role, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency space. 
  
  
•  Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and DeFi. 
  
  
•  Knowledge of Web3 platforms, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain tools. 
  
  
•  Experience with DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, or DAOs. 
  
  
•  Knowledge of tokenomics and understanding of the economic models behind Web3 projects.
